Melanie also visited 5 other Karisma Hotels and Resorts, El Dorado Maroma, El Dorado Seaside Suites, Azul Beach, Azul Sensatori and Azul Fives. El Dorado Royale is our most popular of the Karisma Hotels by far. El Dorado Maroma is similar, but much smaller and more intimate. El Dorado Seaside Suites is very similar, but prices less expensive and is located 25 minutes south of Playa del Carmen on a secluded beach. If you love the El Dorado Resorts, but are looking for an all inclusive wedding package for all ages or a nice family vacation, the Azul Resorts are a great alternative.
